Ingredients

2 cups Gluten Free Bisquick
1/3 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup almond milk
1.5 cups pumpkin, cooked, mashed
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 tbs pumpkin pie spice
Tips
Use a small muffin tin.
The biscuits taste best just out of the oven.
Directions
Cut oil into baking mix with a fork until crumbly. Add everything else and stir until just combined. Fill miniature muffin tins, ungreased, and cook at 400 for 13-16 minutes.
