Ingredients

    2 cans chickpeas (15 oz)
    2 cans peas (15 oz)
    2 cans diced tomatoes (15 oz)
    2 large potatoes cubed or 2 cans cooked potatoes (15 oz)
    1 jar Patak curry paste, hot or mild (I like hot)
    curry powder to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    onion powder to taste
    I estimated about 2 tsp each for nutritional calculation

Directions

In a blender, puree 1 can of chickpeas and 1 can of sweet peas with accompanying liquid. Add all ingredients to a slow cooker or large saucepan. Cook over low heat until potatoes are cooked through, stirring occasionally if in a saucepan.
