Ingredients

    1 cup water
    3 tbs. honey
    3 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup bread flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tbs. flax seed
    2 tbs. sunflower seed
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    2 tbs quinoa
    2 tsp. breadmaker yeast

Tips

I put the sunflower seed, flax seed and quinoa in a coffee grinder before adding to recipe.


Directions

place ingredients in bread machine according tomanufaturers instruction, set crust for light setting. 1.5 loaf.
