    4 hard boiled eggs
    1/4 cup of non-fat greek yougurt
    2 tablespoons of golden raisins
    2 tablespoons of scallions- chopped
    1/2 teaspoon of curry seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste


Boil eggs on the weekend since they keep well in the fridge.


Mix ingredients and serve chilled with crackers, green salad and slice tomatoes.
