Ingredients

    In a smoothie maker:

    V8 Juice - low salt - 8 oz.

    A couple handfuls of ice cubes

    1/2 fresh pear
    1 fresh peach
    1 fresh apricot
    1/2 C fresh spinach leaves

Tips

More fruit cuts back on the veggie/salt taste of the V8 juice.


Directions

Just throw the ingredients in your smoothie maker and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: 24 oz (depends on how much ice you include)
