Ingredients

    1- 15 oz can reduced sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
    2/3 cup minute brown rice, cooked
    1 teaspoon reduced sodium beef bouillon
    1.5 teaspoon Montreal steak seasonin
    1.5 teaspoon dried chopped onion, hydrate
    1 egg white
    2 tablespoon plain bread crumbs

Directions

Cook rice to package directions, adding one teaspoon bouillon to water. Mash some of tehe beans, add remainign beans, rice, remaining bouillon. Make into patties.

Serving Size: makes 4 burgers
