Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

Blackberries, large fresh, 7-8 (1/2 cup)
    Strawberry, 1 large fresh
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, aprox 1 tsp.
Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2.5 tsps
Dannon Plain Nonfat Yogurt, 1 cup
    Vanilla Extract, .25 tsp

Directions

In a small bowl very gently blend yogurt with 2.5 tsps of Splenda & 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract. Holding a tiny strainer over the bowl with the yogurt, place the cocoa powder in the strainer and tap the edge of the strainer with the teaspoon to evenly dust the top surface of the yogurt. Place the fresh blackberries in a circle around the edge of the bowl, and cut the stem off of the strawberry and place it point up in the center. Makes a very pretty presentation and it's delightful to eat...Enjoy!
