Ingredients

    2 tilapia fillets
    1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1 egg
    2 T water
    1.5-2 cups pasta sauce (calclated with Prego Heart Smart)
    2T Extra virgin olive oil

Tips

I served this with a simple side salad of romaine and Cheese Fantastico Lite, as well as over a bed of pasta. It was a faux tilapia parmesan, and tasted amazing!


Directions

Preheat pan with olive oil, add garlic if desired
Mix egg and water
Pat Tilapia dry and dip in egg combo
Turn fillets in bread crumbs, place in pre-heated oil
Cook a few minutes, turn over and continue to cook until fish is browned on both sides (appx 10 min).
Add sauce, allow warm up, enjoy!
