Ingredients

1 cup - Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup - White Flour
4 tsp - Bking Powder
2 tsp - Plain Sugar
1 tsp - Salt
2 tbsp - Margarine
1/2 cup - Rice Milk, Plain
1/2 cup - Soy Milk, Plain
Tips
I make it with a rice/soy milk combo due to food allergies in my household. Feel free to make it with any type of milk.
Directions
1.Stir together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt in medium size bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in milk to make a soft dough.
2.Drop by spoonfuls into boiling stew. Cover and simmer 15 minutes without lifting lid. Serve.
3.To make parsley dumplings, add 1 tablespoon parsley flakes to the dry ingredients.
Serving Size: Makes 12 servings.
