Easy, sauce-less egg Benedict. Easy, sauce-less egg Benedict.

Ingredients

    one slice TJ's sprouted rye bread
    one soft boiled egg
    one cup fresh spinach
    one pat butter
    one tsp parmesan cheese

Directions

Put egg on to boil. Wilt spinach. Toast bread, butter.
Layer toast, wilted spinach, egg removed from shell.
Freshly shred parmesan cheese over top.
Enjoy
