Ingredients



    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    *Pilsbury Pie Crusts (1 crust/216gm), 8 serving
    *Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 3 oz
    Chobani 0% Vanilla Greek Yogurt (6 oz), 1 serving
    *JELLO - Instant Pudding and Pie Filling (Vanilla), 0.5 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 2 cup, sliced
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    *Lemon Juice, 0.5 lemon yields

Directions

Take pie crust and unroll. Using a 2 inch round cookie cutter, cut out 24 circles and put back in refrigerator.
For filling: Mix cream cheese, yogurt, and half package of pudding mix. Zest lemon and add 1/2 lemon's juice to mix. Add vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Set aside in refrigerator.
For sauce: Place strawberries, sugar, and balsamic vinegar in a sauce pan on medium heat. Cook until bubbling, remove from heat. Use warm or cold.

Take pie crust rounds and stretch them out. Place a tablespoon of lemon filling onto one round and cover with a second round. Using a fork crimp the edges. Repeat until all ravioli's are made.

Heat oil in a pan on Medium until 300 degrees. Place 3-4 ravioli in oil and fry 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and place on rack over paper towels until all ravioli are cooked.

Top with strawberry sauce and enjoy.
