    Zucchini
    Spinach
    Mushrooms''
    Garlic Powder
    Chives
    Parmesan Cheese
    Mozzarella Cheese

You may add onion green pepper' or any other vegies
you wish...Be sure to count the cals....


Directions

Heat Oven 350degrees..In non stick fry pan Saute zucchini..(Or steam in micro) ..Remove and set aside.
To same pan saute spinach mushrooms garlic and chives.
Spray Pam on Pie dish. Place one half into pie plate and sprinkle with cheeses.. Place other half into pie plate and use rest of cheeses. You may thinly slice a
tomato and put on top along with someof the cheese.
Bake for 20-30 minutes in the oven until toothpick inserted comes out clean...

Serving Size: Makes 4 Pieces depending on Pie Plate Use 9"
