Ingredients

12 oz Patio Steaks cut into 1"x1/5"x1/4" Slices
1/2 Bag of Whole Wheat Egg Noodles (about 4 1/5 cups Dry
2 Packages Brown Gravy Mix
1 8oz can Mushroom Slices
2 Tbsp Daisy Lite Sour Cream
1 C Diced Onion
1 1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Tips
For a little extra flavor deglaize meat pan with White Wine instead of water.
Directions
Bring Large Non-Stick Skillet to medium high heat and add meat and onions and seasonings and brown.
Pull 1 cup of hot water from your noodle pot and deglaize Skillet.
In a Medium size mixing bowl combine 2.5 C cold water and both Gravy mixes then add to meat.
Add Mushrooms. Reduce heat to a low simmer cover and cook for 2 1/5 Hrs. Stirring occasionally.
When Meat is nice and tender and gravy has thickened, Bring 12 C (3 Qt) Water to boil i a Large pot. Add Noodles and cook until done (about 20 Minutes) then drain.
Add Sour Cream to meat and stir together.
Add Noodles and fold together till all noodles are lightly coated with gravy.
Divide into 4 servings and serve
