Ingredients

    Raisin & Nut Muesli, 1.25 cup
    Old Fashioned Oatmeal (not quick-cook)- Plain 1/2 cup dry
    2.5 cups Almond/Soy/Coconut Milk
    Natural/Organic Peanut Butter, 3 tbsp
    2 extra small Bananas, chopped
    Pumpkin Pie spice, 1.5 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp

Tips

I only used both types of Almond Breeze because I ran out of the original. Could substitute soymilk or whatever you prefer.


Directions

In a medium saucepan, bring Almond/Coconut/Soymilk to a boil. Add Meusli and Oatmeal, cook 4 minutes then mix in peanut butter, chopped banana, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract. Stir slowly until fully mixed and thickened. Will continue to thicken as it cools.

Serving Size: Slightly over 1 cup
