Ingredients

    Cottage cheese (cubes)- 200gms
    onions(grated) - 3
    tomato (pureed) - 4/5
    peas - 1 cup
    cumin seeds - 1 tsp
    corriander powder - 1
    chilli poder - 1/2
    garam masala - 1
    amchur powder - 1
    turmeric powder - 1/2
    ginger - 1/2 inch
    garlic- 7-8 cloves

Directions

heat oil in a pan/kadhai.
add cumin seeds once it starts changing color add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute.Then add grated onion cook until it changes color to brown.then add tomato puree cook it for 2 minutes then add corriender powder, chilli powder, amchur powder, salt and turmeric powder and cook it on medium heat till it starts leaving oil.add peas (if they are frozen boil them first in water for 10 minutes).Add 1 cup of water , bring it boil.Add cottage cheese and garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes.
