Introduction

Ingredients

    Lean Turkey bacon (6 strips), cooked and crumbled
    4 oz fat free cream cheese
    1 cup 2% shredded cheddar (low fat)
    1/4 cup Brummel and Brown butter spread
    1 cup chopped green onions (more or less to taste)
    1 head fresh cauliflower

Tips

Cream cheese or butter can be added before blending to ease process. Also a small bit of skim milk can be added if blending is difficult.


Directions

Cook turkey bacon and crumble, set cream cheese aside to soften.
Steam or microwave cauliflower (minus stem) until soft. Use mixer, blender or food processor to mash. Add remaining ingredients as you mix.

Serving Size: makes 5-6 servings
