Introduction
While this treat does take a bit of time (and patience) to freeze, it takes no time to prep. If you're in the mood for something sweet yet light, this is a tasty treat. Ingredients
-
1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 orange
Directions
Cut a small slice from the bottom of the orange to create a flat surface.
Remove the flesh from the orange by running a small knife around the inside of the fruit, between the pith (white part) and the flesh.
Pull away the white membrane from the inner sections and chop the orange segments.
Mix the segments and any juice from the oranges with the yogurt in a small dish, then spoon into the orange. Place on a small plate and freeze for an hour for "soft serve" or three hours for a completely frozen treat.
