Ingredients

1 Cup Butter
2 Cups Sugar
4 Cups Flour
6 Large Ripe Banana's
1 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
4 Large Eggs
1/4 TSP Kosher Salt
2 TSP Baking Soda/Powder
Tips
Use less time if you make small pans as it will cook faster. Watch closely. I use this recipe to make 5 small loaves and it took approximately 60 minutes cooking time.
Directions
Cream Sugar and Butter.
Add Eggs blending each one in thoroughly.
Add Salt and Baking Soda.
Sift and blend Flour in slowly.
Add Mashed Banana's and Nuts.
Grease Pans Liberally and cook at 325 degrees until you can push a knife down the middle and it comes out dry. (a little moisture is ok as this is a heavy bread)
