Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    1-20 oz can Dole Crushed Pineapple in 100% pineapple juice (drained)
    1 cup Organic Frozen Mango (thawed)
    1 medium Fresh Tomato
    1 Tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
    1 tsp Dried Cilantro
    1 Tbsp Lime Juice
    1/4 tsp Kosher Salt (optional)

Tips

Delicious atop salmon, chicken breast, carnitas tacos ... Also makes a great dipping salsa for white corn tortilla chips.
Salsa stores up to one week in fridge.


Directions

Drain pineapple and put in a medium mixing bowl
Thaw mango in microwave 30-45 seconds, add to pineapple
Chop tomato & chives, add to bowl
Add cilantro, lime juice, and salt to bowl
Mix all ingredients together
Put salsa in tupperware and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving

Serving Size: Makes approx 32 2-Tbsp servings
