Ingredients

1 box silken lite firm tofu
1/2 cup cocoa powder (I used 6 tbsp regular, 2 tbsp dark)
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, vanilla
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup Davinci or Torani sugar-free Cookie Dough flavored syrup
optional: vanilla/chocolate stevia, crumbled cookies for topping
Tips
If you want to add a real cookie, Joseph's Sugar Free chocolate chip cookies (1 cookie) will add only about 10 calories and less than 1g fat, but they are NOT vegan!
Directions
Puree all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth. Sweeten to taste (if you need any extra; the sugar free syrup is SWEET). Refrigerate and serve COLD for best taste (can pre-fridge the silken tofu to speed up this process).
