Ingredients

    2c. white flour (experiment w/ others too)
    4 ripe bananas
    1/2c. brown sugar
    1/2c. natural apple sauce
    1/2 tsp each baking soda, baking powder, salt
    1tsp vanilla extract

    i like to play w/ spices such as cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg etc.


    mash apple sauce, bananas, and sugar
    sift together dry ingrediants
    mix wet and dry together
    pour in a greased pan, bake at 375 for 45min
    or makes 14 muffins bake for 22min. (oven time may vary)
