1/4 c almond milk, vanilla
1/4 c skim milk
blueberries or other fruit
Tips
Very refreshing after a morning run.
Directions
Place ingredients in 1 cup canning jar. Screw on plastic lid and gently shake. Store in refrigerator overnight. Ready to eat in the morning. May add a little brown sugar if you like it sweet. Other fruit could be easily substituted for blueberries.
