    16oz Frozen Broccoli and Cauliflower
    1 medium Potato
    14oz low sodium Chicken broth
    12-16oz velveeta cheese


place 14oz Chicken Broth with frozen veggies.
Bring to a boil. reduce heat to low and simmer for 10minutes. Check veggies to make sue they are tender. Add cheese on small blocks until melted. Serve warm
