Introduction

This salsa is for those who like a much smoother salsa. It is sometimes Spicy but can be very addicting with few calories. I eat it on potatoes, chicken, and even use it as a salad dressing sometimes. This salsa is for those who like a much smoother salsa. Ingredients

6 large tomatoes, peeled (garden tomatoes taste the best)
    1-2 cloves of garlic
    3 fresh jalepeno peppers
    1 teaspoon of salt
1 10 oz can of original rotel (you can use hot or mild depending on your desire for the spicyness of the salsa)

Tips

This salsa is wonderful fresh. Leftovers can be put in the fridge but only lasts a couple of days. If juice separates just stir and eat. I think it is much better than store bought salsa.

Directions

Peel the tomatoes. chop garlic and jalepenos. Place all ingrediants in the blender and blend together. Save one tomato and dice it. These will be added at the end after the ingredients are blended.
