Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    2 eggs
    Water
    6 medium size potatoes skinned and cubed
    I pint land o lakes fat free half and half
    Half a package turkey Bacon
    One medium size onion chopped

Tips

Makes great left overs


Directions

Put the eggs in with the flour and add enough water to make a stiff dough. Form into long snakes. Cut into 1/2 an inch pieces and set aside. In a large pot fill half way with water. Put potatoes into the pot. Bring potatoes to a boil then drop dough into the pot with the potatoes. In a skillet on the side chop bacon and onion and cook till well done. When potatoes and dumplings are done drain of all water put back into the pot and add in onion and bacon mixture as well as room tempurature half and half. Salt and pepper as desired.
