Ingredients

    Pizza Crust mix, Bob's Red Mill Whole grain GLUTEN FREE, 8 oz (half of the package to make 1 12" pizza crust)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

    Arrabbiata Sauce (Safeway Select), 1.25 cup
    1/2 medium sweet onion
    1/2 red or orange pepper
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 4 oz sliced
    Jalapeno Peppers, .15 cup, sliced
    1 cup Spinach chopped
    12 jumbo sliced Black Olives

Directions

make the gluten free dough following the recipe on the Bob's red mill package, only using half of the dough for this pizza.
When the crust is ready add sauce and ingredients!
