Ingredients

    6 oz tortilla chips, crumbled.
    2 cups shredded white meat from roasted chicken
    One 15.5 oz can garbanzo beans (drained)
    One 15.5 oz can kidney beans (drained)
    One 15.5 oz can canned corn (drained)
    1 8 oz can green chile sauce
    1 cup fresh (or jar) salsa
    1 cup chopped red onion (white is fine)
    1 can green chiles or 1 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
    1 Tablespoon chopped garlic (from jar)
    1 TB chipotle Tabasco sauce
    salt & pepper to taste
    8 oz shredded cheddar (or mexican) cheese

Tips

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line bottom of 8 x 11 baking pan with crushed chips
Combine chiken, beans, chile sauce, green chiles, corn, salsa, onion, cilantro and garlic. season with salt & pepper to taste. Spread mixture over chips & top wtih cheese
