Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup slivered almonds
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1 pkg Ramen noodles, chicken flavor
    1 12 oz. bag broccoli cole slaw
    1/4 cup onions
    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1/4 cup cider vinegar

Tips

I sometimes add another pkg. of the crushed noodles to bring back the crisp the next day. (Don't add the extra seasoning- too salty!)


Directions

Crush noodles mix together with the almonds, seeds, onions and broccoli. Mix together the seasoning pkg., oil, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar. Pour over salad and eat as soon as possible as the noodles will not stay crisp.
