    2 C. zucchini
    1 C. Coconut flour
    1/2 C coconut oil
    1/2 C pure maple syrup
    8 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp cinnamon


Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients. Divide batter evenly into 16 lined pare muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
