Ingredients

    15 whole red ripe tomatoes
    1 32 oz can of Hunts Tomato Sauce
    1 14.5 oz can of Hunts Whole Tomatoes
    3 tsp. of dried basil leaves
    2 tsp. of dried Italian seasoning
    2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. kosher salt
    2 tsp. of Truvia

Directions

Place ripe tomatoes in boiling water with skin on for 2 minutes. Drain water and remove skin from each tomato. Quarter tomatoes and place in large pot. Add dry ingredients, additional tomato sauce and whole tomatoes and simmer for 4 hours, stirring frequently.

Serve over angel hair pasta to keep low fat/low cal.
