Olive Oil, .25 cup (remove)
Large Portabella Mushrooms, 4 (cut in half)
*365 Brand Panko Bread Crumbs, 1 cup (remove)
*Hamburger Buns, Multi Grain, Trader Joe’s, 8 serving (remove)
Onions, raw, 8 slice, medium (1/8" thick) (remove)
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 8 slice, medium (1/4" thick) (remove)
*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 8 tsp (remove)
Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 4 tbsp (remove)
Basil, 8 leaves (remove)
May do a double dip with egg/panko after first fry as panko doesn't stick to the mushroom that well. I dip once in egg/panko, cook until brown and then dip again in egg/panko and cook until brown. This gives it a really nice crunchy crust on the mushroom.
