Introduction

Easy, delicious and low calorie. Easy, delicious and low calorie.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    In a small oven proof bowl or casserole place
    1 apple, sliced into ¼ inch pieces.

    Spray with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter.

    Pour on some diet sugar free maple flavored syrup.

    Sprinkle with Apple Pie Spice (Cinnamon, Nutmeg & Allspice).

    Top with a few pieces of chopped pecans.




Directions

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Stir and enjoy!
