Ingredients

    2 cups cooked & cooled brown rice
    1 head cauliflower, cut into pieces & roasted
    1/4 c white balsamic vinegar
    2 t sesame seeds
    1/2 c black olives, smooshed
    1 can canellini beans
    dill, lemon pepper, chili flakes to taste

Directions

mix all together & refrigerate overnight.
