Ingredients

    1 cup water
    6 ice cubes
    1 serving Jay Robb Egg White Protein - Vanilla
    1/4 C frozen blueberries
    1/2 C fresh or frozen strawberries
    I packet sweetner (optional)

Directions

Blend the water. Add the protein powder and blend more. Add Ice cubes and blend. Add frozen fruit and continue blending till smooth. Add sweetner (optional)
