Introduction
Saute onions, mushrooms, peppers and spices until onions are translucent. Put into slow cooker. Remove any fat from meat and cut into bite sized pieces and add to slow cooker and stir. Leave on high for one hour. Add stock, yogurt, seasoning, yogurt and green beans. Ingredients

4 small chopped onions
2 bell peppers, chopped
200g sliced mushrooms
200g french beans
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons minced ginger root
2 teaspoons minced red chilli
400g Beef tenderloin, or other cut into bite size pieces
2 cups Beef stock
Salt and black pepper, to taste
100g yogurt, low fat
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Directions
Saute chopped vegetables in oil. Add beef and spices and cook on high in slow cooker for one hour. Add stock, beans, seasonings, and yogurt. Stir and cook on high for one hour then turn down to low and cook overnight. Serve with pasta, rice or new potatoes.
