    + 1 Egg white

    + 12g of whey isolate (I use syntrax; mixes easily)

    + 1/4 tsp of sweetener (I use NuNatural Stevia powder, you could use Splenda or whatever)

    + 10g of natural creamy peanut butter (No added sugar)

    + Cinnamon and vanilla to taste


Mix all this crap together in a bowl. Cook in a pam-sprayed pan like a pancake
