Introduction
This recipe is so yummy! I couldn't even taste the avacado. The most important part is to blend it all together well. I found that serving it up in smaller amounts and using it as a fruit dip is SUPER Yummy. You can also add hot pepper to it for a spicy chocolate treat This recipe is so yummy! Ingredients
-
1 whole, well RIPEned (soft) medium Avacado
1/4 cup 100% Maple Syrup or 100% Agave Nectar (some agave is mixed with more processed stuff so avoid that)
1/2 cup Almond Breeze (or coconut) Unsweetened Milk
1/2 cup unsweetened coco powder (keep away from dogs)
1 tsp Almond Extract
Tips
MIX WELL
Directions
put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and mix till smooth. Then, using a spatula, push any bits that have moved up against the edges back in, and mix some more until avacado is all mixed in and invisibly hidden in the dark chocolate yumness! Has a great thick pudding texture. DELICIOUS!
