Ingredients

    Ground Turkey 12 oz
    1 tsp Cumin
    1 tsp Ground Sage
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning
    1/4 Cup chopped onion
    1 tsp minced garlic

Tips

Love prepared on whole wheat roll or pita with fresh veggies and fat free greek yogurt. Add hotsauce for a little kick.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Seperate into 3 equal portios and make equal patties. Add olive oil to a hot skillet. Place patty in pan and brown on each side about 4-5 minutes at medium heat. Remove from pan.
