Ingredients

1 box Barilla Manicotti
1 24 ounce jar Barilla Marinara Sauce
1 clove garlic, chopped
12 ounces fresh Ricotta cheese
12 ounces mushrooms chopped
salt and pepper to taste
12 ounces fresh spinach
1 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, divided
2 tablespoon of water
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cook Manicottifor 7 minutes, drainand cool ona a sheet pan. Set aside
3. Heat oil with garlic and before it turns yellow, add mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and brown.
4. Steam the spinach, chop well
5. Mix ricotta, mushrooms, sinach, salt, pepper and half the Parmigiano. Fill the Manicotti
6. In a 9 x 13 inch greased baking sdish place half of the marinara sauce and water, arrangethe manicotti, cover with remaining sauce and Parmigiano cheese.
7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
