Ingredients

    half a banana, medium size
    1 tsp organic raw unprocessed extra virgin coconut oil
    half a teaspoon (raw) honey
    1 tsp ground almonds, hazelnuts or walnuts

Tips

healthy fats, no sugar, just a little honey (i use honey with 2% royal jelly), tastes just like the fried banana dessert in chinese restaurants (at least here in Austria), but has no dough and just a little healthy for you oils from coconut oil and nuts, of course most of the coconut oil will stay in the pan, that way one serving has no more than 100cals


Directions

cut banana in half (if you prepare this for yourself only, cut the banana the way that the left over halve is still covered in peel, that way you can keep it fresh in the fridge, and simply cut your halve once in length before frying)
fry the banana in a little coconut oil until turning brown (medium heat)
put on a plate
top with half a teaspoon of honey and drizzle ground nuts over it.
