Ingredients



    Newman's Own Mango Salsa, 1 jar
    Minute Rice Ready to Serve Brown & Wild Rice, 2 bowls
    Birds Eye Steamfresh Super Sweet Corn,1 bag
    Bush's Reduced Sodium Black Beans, 1 can
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, chopped

    Chop chicken. Cook corn. Cook rice. Rinse and drain beans. Stir ingredients together. Microwave for 2:30.

Tips

Top with one slice of Sargento's Ultra Thin cheese (40 calories) and serve with a veggie and fruit. (We had broccoli and plums). Substitute your favorite salsa. The calories wouldn't change much.
