Ingredients

    1 lb of chicken breast (or Tenders)
    2 TBSP Whipped Cream cheese
    1 Cup of Salsa
    1 Cup of low fat Shredded Cheese (cheddar works)

Directions

Wash and dry chicken
Divide the creamcheese among the chicken
Divide Salsa among chicken.
cover and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
Divide shredded cheese among chicken
Bake another 5-10 min
Serve with rice or over a bed or spinach!
