Ingredients

    5 oz rice pasta
    1 stalk of celery
    1/2 green pepper
    5 cherry tomatoes
    1/2 cup kale
    1 carrot
    slice of red onion
    3 tbs of olive oil
    2 tbs of sunflower seeds
    garlic powder
    lemon
    salt and pepper

Directions

Cook the pasta and kale together and drain. Add the veggies, olive oil, lemon, garlic, sunflower seeds, salt and pepper to taste. Cover warmed so the flavors marry and cool for at least 4 hours!
