Introduction

Homemade salsa Homemade salsa
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed well
    2 cobs of corn, kernels stripped (can use other types)
    1/2 bunch of cilantro, stems and all, finely chopped
    1 or 2 green bell peppers, chopped to preference
    1 tomato, "slime" and core removed before chopping
    2 limes, juiced

    Mix all ingredients well, chill. Best served after ingredients have had a while to share their flavors.

Tips

Feel free to add other veggies that you like or have left over in the fridge.
