Ingredients

-1/3 cup raw oat bran
-2/3 cup water + 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk (I like Silk vanilla)
-up to 1 tsp coffee "extract"/flavor (depending on your tastebuds; if you want both coffee flavor AND a caffeine kick, use a packet/tsp of instant espresso powder)
-1 tbsp chocolate sun warrior raw protein powder
-3 vials of chocolate stevia + some vanilla drops
-1 cup unthawed frozen strawberries
Directions
In a saucepan over high heat cook oat bran, water, and milk (and instant espresso powder, if using) until boiling and continue boiling for 2-3 minutes or until most liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat, turn off burner, and stir in your sweetener, protein powder, and extract. Next while oat bran is still hot mix in the strawberries and, as they heat, mash them up and transfer to a bowl to ENJOY!
