Ingredients

    Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large
    *Best Foods Regular Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp
    *Claussen Sweet Pickle Relish, 2 tbsp
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    *Spinach Dip made with greek yogurt, 16 tbsp

Tips

Spinach dip made with greek yogurt: combine package spinach dip mix with spinach, 1 can water chestnuts chopped finely, fat free sour cream, and greek yogurt as substitute for mayonaisse.


Directions

Mash hardboiled eggs in a meium bowl; add remaining ingredients and combine well. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with salad or crudite, wit crackers or as a sandwich.
