Ingredients

    Quinoa, Cooked with Water, 2 cup
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper sliced
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    White Wine Vinegar, 3 tsp
    Feta Cheese, .25 oz
    Blackeyed Peas 1/2 can, drained

Directions

Cook quinoa
add veggies, beans and cheese
add vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to taste
chill for 2 hours or overnight
