Heat Oven to 350
Grease 8x8x2 pan
Mix Brown Sugar blend, butter, vanilla and egg in bowl
Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, stir in zucchini and nuts.
Spread batter in pan, bake 25-30 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely and frost with lemon buttercream or eat just the way it is.
Tips
You can omit the nuts if you wish and you could use HeartSmart butter or Brumble & Brown butter.
