Ingredients

All Purpose Flour - 2 cups
Granulated Sugar - 1/3 cup
Baking Powder - 4 tsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Cold Butter - 1/2 cup
Egg - 1 Large
Milk - 3/4 cup
Tips
Be gentle not to crush the blueberries when kneading into a dough.
Directions
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Cut in butter until crumbly. Make a well in the center.
In another bowl beat egg slightly with spoon. Mix in milk. Pour into well. Stir until half-mixed, then add blueberries. Knead gently with hands to a soft dough.
Pat or roll out on lightly floured surface 3/4" or 2 cm thick. Cut with a biscuit cutter or a juice glass. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400F or 200C for 20 minutes or until brown.
