    - high fiber wheat tortilla
    - 1 egg
    - salsa
    - low fat cheddar cheese
    - turkey bacon


Cook 1 slice of turkey bacon in microwave & set aside. Scramble 1 egg in bowl & add 1/8 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese. Cook egg mixture in a skillet sprayed with PAM. Heat tortilla in microwave for 10 sec. Place bacon in center of tortilla, add cheesy eggs on top, add a bit of salsa. Roll up & enjoy!

    I'm not a fan of turkey bacon so I usually opt out of the meat portion. It's great with salsa, but sometimes I just want the flavor and spice so I use taco sauce or those little packets of taco sauce from Taco Bell - 1/27/10

    Use egg beaters instead of a real egg for lower calories. It's my favorite breakfast ever and it's super quick - 7/20/08
